1. Beach Volleyball

Beach volleyball is a classic favorite for both enthusiasts and casual players. The sandy court adds an extra layer of challenge, requiring excellent hand-eye coordination and teamwork. All you need is a volleyball net and a beach ball for hours of energetic fun. Don't forget to bring along beach towels for a quick post-game cool down.

2. Beach Limbo

A game of limbo is a great way to infuse some playful energy into your beach day. Simply find a long, sturdy stick, like a pool noodle, and have someone hold it horizontally. Players take turns leaning backward and attempting to pass under the stick without touching it or falling. Lower the stick after each round to increase the difficulty.

3. Beach Frisbee

Frisbee is a classic beach game that never gets old. All you need is a frisbee, and you're ready to play catch with friends or even engage in a game of Ultimate Frisbee. The soft sand provides a forgiving surface for diving catches and acrobatic plays, adding an extra layer of excitement to the game.

4. Bocce Ball

Bocce ball is a fantastic game for both adults and kids, combining strategy and skill. It's easy to play on the beach, making it a favorite beach game for many. All you need is a set of bocce balls and an open stretch of sand. The game involves throwing larger balls (bocce balls) and aiming for smaller target balls, providing a great way to unwind and enjoy some friendly competition.

5. Baseball or Wiffleball

Baseball is an instant classic and most likely, everyone will want to join in. Don't have a bat? Try finding a bat shaped stick on the beach (there's usually plenty). The sand makes it much easier for a simple game of baseball, allowing you to dive and run around easily without shoes.

6. Spikeball

Spikeball, often dubbed as the "four-player volleyball," brings an electrifying vibe to beach days. With its fast-paced gameplay and test of hand-eye coordination, it's an absolute favorite. The soft, sandy beach provides the perfect surface for diving saves and energetic plays, enhancing the thrill of the game. The portability of the Spikeball set makes it a must-pack for any beach trip.

7. Cornhole

Cornhole, a classic lawn game, finds a perfect home on the beach. The simple yet addictive nature of Cornhole makes it a go-to game for beachgoers. The relaxed pace and the satisfying thud of a bean bag landing on the board create a leisurely ambiance that's ideal for beach days. All you need are a couple of Cornhole boards and bean bags, making it a convenient choice for beach days.

8. Float (Or just get in the water!)

Grab a flaotie, foam board, surfboard, stand-up paddle board or whatever you want and just get in the water. Nothing better than getting in the water after sitting in the sun.
